ABSTRACT

Objective: To analyze the safety and efficacy of using novel oral anticoagulants (rivaroxaban and others) in patients with cirrhosis accompanied with portal vein thrombosis (PVT). Methods: Clinical research literature published from the establishment of the database to June 20, 2021, was retrieved from PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang, and Weipu databases by combining subject terms and free words. RevMan software was used for the random group meta-analysis model. Results: In terms of PVT recanalization, the novel oral anticoagulants (such as low molecular weight heparin and others) had a higher recanalization rate than traditional anticoagulants (OR = 13.75, 95%CI 3.58-52.9, P = 0.000 1). In terms of bleeding, the novel oral anticoagulants did not increase the risk of bleeding compared with traditional anticoagulants (OR = 2.42, 95%CI 0.62-9.41, P = 0.20). Conclusion: The novel oral anticoagulant drugs are superior to traditional anticoagulants in terms of the occurrence of PVT recanalization; however, there is no statistically significant difference in terms of the occurrence of bleeding between the two groups.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To investigate the mechanism of VPS26 effect on osteogenesis and adipogenesis differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSC) in high fat environment, and to explore the effect of VPS26 on implants osseointegration of high fat rats and ectopic osteogenesis in nude mice. Methods: BMSC were cultured under normal osteogenic induction (osteogenic group) and high-fat osteogenic induction (high-fat group).High-fat group was transfected with VPS26 enhancer and inhibitor, and the expression levels of osteogenesis related genes and adipogenesis related genes were examined. Osteogenesis and adipogenesis of BMSC were detected by alkaline phosphatase (ALP) staining and oil red O staining after 7 and 14 days of induction. In osteogenic group, the binding of VPS26 to β-catenin was detected by immunofluorescence staining and immunoprecipitation, and dual luciferase reporter assay (TOP Flash) was used to analyze the TOP/FOP ratio. Eighteen male 12-week hyperlipidemic Wista rats (160-200 g) were implanted with implants, and six in each group were injected with VPS26 overexpression lentivirus (LV-VPS26 group), negative control lentivirus (LV-nc group) and saline (blank control group).Micro-CT analysis , HE and oil red O staining were used to evaluate the osseointegration of the implants and lipid droplets formation of the femur samples. Twenty female 6-week nude mice (30-40 g) were divided into five groups and subcutaneously implanted with osteogenic BMSC non-transfected and transfected LV-VPS26, LV-nc, shVPS26, and shscr lentivirus on the back. Samples were used to observe ectopic osteogenesis. Results: The mRNA expression levels of ALP in the high-fat group BMSC after overexpression of VPS26 (1.56±0.09) were significantly higher than those of the negative control (1.01±0.03) (t=10.09, P<0.001), while those of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPAR-γ) (t=6.44, P<0.001) and fatty acid-binding protein4 (FABP4) (t=10.01, P<0.001) were lower than those of the negative control. Western blotting results showed that compared with the negative control, protein expression of ALP and Runt-related transcription gene 2 was enhanced in the high-fat group BMSC after overexpression of VPS26 while PPAR-γ and FABP4 were inhibited. ALP activity of BMSC in the high-fat group was stronger after overexpression of VPS26, and the formation of lipid droplets was weaker than that in negative control. The results of immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation and dual luciferase reporter assays showed co-localization and interaction of VPS26 with β-catenin and a significant 43.10% increase in the TOP/FOP ratio (t=-3.17, P=0.034). VPS26 overexpression enhanced osseointegration and decreased the number of lipid droplets in high-fat rat and enhanced ectopic osteogenesis of nude mice. Conclusions: VPS26 activated osteogenesis differentiation and inhibited adipogenic differentiation of BMSCs through Wnt/β-catenin pathway, promoting osseointegration of high-fat rat implants and ectopic osteogenesis of nude mice.

ABSTRACT

Based on data mining technology, the acupoints compatibility rules of acupuncture for depression diseases were explored. The randomized controlled trial (RCT) articles regarding acupuncture for depression diseases published from establishment of database to September 2nd, 2022 were searched in CNKI database, Wangfang database, VIP database, SinoMed database, PubMed, EMbase, Web of Science and Cochrane Library. The use frequency of acupoints, meridian tropism, selection of special acupoints and acupoint association rules for five common depression diseases, including primary depression, post-stroke depression, menopausal syndrome, psychoneurosis and anxiety disorder, were analyzed by Python programming language. Cytoscape software was used to analyze the acupoint association and the disease-acupoint co-occurrence network. As a result, totally 387 articles were included, and 319 acupoints prescriptions for the above five common depression diseases were extracted, involving 159 acupoints. The use frequency of acupoints was 2 574 times in total. The frequently-used acupoints were Baihui (GV 20), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Taichong (LR 3), Neiguan (PC 6), Shenmen (HT 7), Yintang (GV 24+), Zusanli (ST 36), Hegu (LI 4), Sishencong (EX-HN 1) and Taixi (KI 3), etc. The frequently involved meridians were the governor vessel, foot-taiyang bladder meridian, foot-taiyin spleen meridian, and foot-jueyin liver meridian. The frequency of the special acupoints from high to low was crossing points, five-shu points, yuan-primary points, back-shu points, luo-connecting points, and eight confluent points, etc, which were often used in combination with "Baihui (GV 20)-Yintang (GV 24+)" (the highest degree of association). At the same time, the analysis of the co-occurrence network of depression diseases and acupoints showed that the core acupoints group of acupuncture for depression diseases were Baihui (GV 20), Taichong (LR 3), Shenmen (HT 7), Zusanli (ST 36), Neiguan (PC 6) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6). In conclusion, acupuncture treatment for depression diseases has gradually formed a rule of acupoint compatibility, with special acupoint as the main body and "unblocking the governor vessel, and regulating the spirit and qi " as the main therapeutic principle.

ABSTRACT

【Objective】 To determine the volume range of suspended erythrocyte and establish its internal control standard. 【Methods】 The theoretical value of suspended erythrocyte volume was calculated according to the screening criteria of healthy blood donors and Quality Requirements for Whole Blood and Blood Components. A total of 2 410 bags of 1 U and 2 U suspended erythrocyte were randomly selected and weighed, and the volume range were formulated by ±2S and ±10% respectively and then compared to determine the volume range in line with the actual situation of our center. 【Results】 The theoretical volume range of 1 U and 2 U suspended erythrocyte were 117-160 mL vs 234-320 mL, and the actual volume range were 142-180 mL vs 276-393 mL. The volume range of 1 U and 2 U suspended erythrocyte formulated by ±2S were 145-181 mL vs 298-358 mL, and by ±10% were 147-179 mL vs 295-361 mL. The hematocrit and hemoglobin content of suspended erythrocyte within the actual volume range met the quality requirements. There were fluctuations in the volume of suspended erythrocyte from different regions. 【Conclusion】 Based on the actual situation of our center and the sampling results of suspended erythrocytes in recent two years, 163 mL±10% and 328 mL±10% were determined as the internal control standards of 1 U and 2 U suspended erythrocyte, respectively. Blood centers should establish accurate and feasible standard of suspended erythrocyte according to the actual situation.

ABSTRACT

Macrophages play an important role in maintaining homeostasis of the body, and they are also one of the most abundant immune cells in the tumor microenvironment (TME). These macrophages are often called tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), which play an important role in the development of tumor and are an important target for tumor therapy. Studies have shown that tumor growth and metastasis can be inhibited by regulating the function of macrophages, but the therapeutic efficacy was often hampered by the poor performance of the drugs such as lack of targeting, poor solubility, low bioavailability, and severe side effects. After introduction of the background of macrophage and tumor therapy, this review focuses on the research progress of nano-drug delivery systems in the modulation of the function of macrophages to enhance tumor immunotherapy. Nano-drug delivery systems are diverse in structures and functions, and can regulate macrophage functions through a variety of mechanisms. Four important aspects of macrophage modulation, which included TAMs depletion, repolarization of TAMs, promoted phagocytosis of TAMs, and combinational modulation of TAMs were summarized. Each strategy together with typical examples was reviewed and future directions in this field were also prospected.

ABSTRACT

【Objective】 To detect the anti-SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibody levels in convalescent plasma (CP) and to evaluate whether it has specific anti-SARS-CoV-2 S antigen effect, so as to provide laboratory data support for clinical use of CP. 【Methods】 Nine CP donors who have recovered from COVID-19 were studied, and 4 volunteers who completed the vaccination and 3 asymptomatic infected blood donors were compared. Anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies including total antibody, IgM and IgG were measured by chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassays (CMIA) test in three groups. The VSV pseudovirus-based neutralization assay for evaluating neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 was carried out in all samples. 【Results】 All samples were tested positive by the total antibody and IgG CMIA in COVID-19 CP donors and recipients of inactivated COVID-19 vaccine. High titers of IgG were observed in CP donors and vaccine recipients compared with asymptomatic blood donors. All vaccine recipients and 8 of 9 CP donors tested positive by SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus-based neutralization test, whereas all asymptomatic blood donors tested negative. 【Conclusion】 The levels and characteristics of neutralizing antibodies among COVID-19 CP donors, vaccine recipients and asymptomatic blood donors were different. When unable to implement the pseudovirus assay to measure neutralizing antibodies, the detection of total antibody can be considered instead.

ABSTRACT

【Objective】 To establish a simple, economical and rapid method for the determination of methylene blue (MB) release in virus inactivation bag. 【Methods】 Based on the fluorescence energy transfer between MB and BSA-stabilized gold nanoclusters (BSA-AuNCs), the standard curve of MB determination was established by measuring the fluorescence quenching degree of MB to BSA-AuNCs in different concentrations to conduct the determination of MB release in virus inactivation bag. 【Results】 There was a good linear relationship between the MB concentration (cMB) and the fluorescence quenching degree of BSA-AuNCs[ (I0-I)/I0=0.018cMB+ 0.021(r=0.996)] when the fluorescence emission wavelength was about 620 nm and the cMB was in the range of (0.9-36) μmoL/L. The recovery of MB was 98.00% -101.95 % when applied to determine MB at high, medium, and low concentrations, the obtained intra-day variation coefficients were 0.73%, 0.81% and 0.77% respectively, and the obtained inter-day variation coefficients were 3.92%, 3.81%, and 4.73% respectively. There was no significant difference between the results measured by this method and those measured by combination of solid-phase extraction and spectrophotometry(P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 The fluorescence energy transfer method could achieve simple and rapid determination of MB release in virus inactivation bag with accurate and reliable results.

ABSTRACT

【Objective】 To establish a new method for the determination of fibrinogen content in cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor. 【Methods】 Fibrinogen (Fib) could bind with sheep anti-human fibrinogen (anti-Fib) specifically and further form antigen-antibody complex. When the Fib was present in the solution, the fluorescence of fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) labeled on the anti-Fib (FITC-anti-Fib) was quenched due to the formation of immune complex. The fluorescence quenching degree of FITC-anti-Fib was positively correlated with Fib concentration (cFib) in a certain concentration range. 【Results】 The linear relationship between fluorescence quenching degree [(I0-I)/I0] of FITC-anti-Fib and ln(cFib) was (I0-I)/I0=15.53ln(cFib)+ 80.79 (R2=0.99) when the cFib was in the range of (0.007 8-0.560 0) g/L. The recovery of Fib was (96.77-102.43) %. When the method was applied to determine Fib at high, medium, and low concentrations, the obtained intra-day variation coefficients were 0.31%, 0.56%, and 0.49%, respectively, and the inter-day variation coefficients were 3.81%, 3.06%, and 4.13%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the results measured by fluorescence quenching method and coagulation method (t=-0.075, P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 In this work, a new fluorescence method for the determination of Fib in cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor was successfully established based on the specific combination of fib and FITC-anti-Fib. The method is simple and rapid. The obtained results were accurate and reliable by using this method to determine Fib.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the possible mechanism of Kaixinsan in improving cognitive impairment in Alzheimer's disease (AD) model rats based on the epichlorohydrin associated protein-1 (Keap-1)/nuclear factor E2 related factor (Nrf2)/manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD) signaling pathway. Method:The AD model was established by injecting Amyloid β1-42 (Aβ1-42, 5 μL) into the lateral ventricle. After modeling, the experimental rats were randomly divided into model group, donepezil group, and Kaixinsan low dose, medium dose and high dose groups. Another normal control group was also established. The donepezil group received donepezil tablets (1.8 g·kg-1·d-1), Kaixinsan low dose, medium dose and high dose groups received corresponding doses of Kaixinsan (10, 20, 40 g·kg-1·d-1, respectively), and the normal control group and model group were given with equal volume of pure water. Morris water maze was used to test the learning and memory ability of rats. The pathological morphology of hippocampal CA3 area was observed by Nissl staining. The expression levels of myeloperoxidase (MPO), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum were detected by colorimetry, and the protein expression levels of Keap-1, Nrf2 and MnSOD in hippocampus were detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western bolt. Result:Compared with the normal control group, the escape latency, total swimming distance and first arrival time of the plateau in the model group increased (P<0.01), while the times of crossing the plateau and the time in target quadrant decreased (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the rats in donepezil group and Kaixinsan groups showed less latency, lower total swimming distance and first arrival time on the platform (P<0.05, P<0.01), while the times of crossing the platform and time in target quadrant increased (P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with the normal control group, the expression levels of MPO and iNOS in serum of the model group increased (P<0.01), while the expression levels of SOD decreased (P<0.01). Compared with model group, the expression of MPO and iNOS in serum of donepezil group and Kaixinsan groups decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), while the expression of SOD increased (P<0.05, P<0.01). In the normal control group, the neurons in the hippocampal CA3 of the rats were arranged neatly, without obvious Nissl body shrinkage. The neurons in the CA3 of the hippocampus of the model group were not arranged neatly, with obvious neuron loss and pyknosis of Nissl body. The neurons in the CA3 of the hippocampus of the rats in the donepezil group and Kaixinsan groups were arranged neatly, with increased number of neurons and decreased Nissl body shrinkage. Compared with the normal control group, the integrated optical density (IA) and protein level of Keap-1 in the hippocampus of the model group decreased(P<0.01), while the IA and protein level of Nrf2 and MnSOD increased (P<0.01). Compared with model group, IA and protein levels of Keap-1 and MnSOD in hippocampus of rats in donepezil group and Kaixinsan groups increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), while IA and protein levels of Nrf2 decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion:Kaixinsan could alleviate memory impairment in AD rats, and its mechanism may be related to its regulation of Keap-1/Nrf2/MnSOD signaling pathway.

ABSTRACT

Background@#Local hyperthermia is recommended for the treatment of patients with fixed cutaneous sporotrichosis, though the effectiveness and mechanisms of action remain elusive. While neutrophils represent the main inflammatory cells associated with sporotrichosis lesions, the issue of whether hyperthermia is involved with interactions between neutrophils and Sporothrix globosa remains unclear. @*Objective@#To evaluate the effect of local hyperthermia on sporotrichosis and determine whether local hyperthermia involves effects of neutrophils against Sporothrix. @*Methods@#For the in vivo study, mice were infected with yeast cells of S. globosa followed by treatment with local hyperthermia. In vitro, an isolated S. globosa strain was co-cultured with or without neutrophils and subjected under different temperatures. Immunofluorescence was used to assess the formation of neutrophil extracellular trap (NETs) were formed under these different culture conditions and the number of fungi colony forming units were compared. Results: Hyperthermia was significantly more effective in clearing the lesions in the mouse model, as compared to sham treatment. Neutrophils failed to exert any fungicidal effects against S. globosa in response to hyperthermia. Moreover, NETs were formed after interactionwith S. globosa, and the percentage of NETs formed was not significantly different at 41o C or 37o C. @*Conclusion@#While hyperthermia could serve as an effective therapy for fixed cutaneous sporotrichosis, this ability does not involve the formation of NETs.

ABSTRACT

【Objective】 To estimate the seroprevalence of SARS-CoV-2 infection among blood donors during the COVID-19 outbreak, in order to provide reference for formulating coping strategies. 【Methods】 A total of 3 623 samples of healthy blood donors in Xi′an from January 1 to June 14, 2020 were collected and tested by chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassays(CMIA). The correlation between the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Xi′an and the monthly prevalence trend of SARS-CoV-2 antibody in Xi′an was also studied. 【Results】 Among the 3 623 blood donors, 3 were reactive by CMIA, with the seroprevalence rate of SARS-CoV-2 at 0.083%(95%CI: 0.00, 0.18). The earliest yielding of SARS-CoV-2 in Xi′an was in February 4, 2020. 【Conclusion】 The SARS-CoV-2 seroprevalence rate in Xi′an is low, which is in line with the local prevalence status. It is suggested that serological detection of blood donors is a way to monitor the prevalence of COVID-19.

ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of sofosbuvir tablets, and to evaluate the bioequivalence and safety of two preparations. MethodsHealthy volunteers were recruited through the platform of clinical trial recruitment in The Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine. Screening physical examination was performed for fasting group on September 18, 2018 and for postprandial group on September 28, 2018, and the volunteers were enrolled after their physical examination results met the inclusion criteria. The fasting group and the postprandial group, with 40 volunteers in each group, were given oral administration of the test preparation sofosbuvir tablets or the reference preparation sofosbuvir tablets (SOVALDI, 400 mg). This was a randomized, open-label, two-sequence, four-cycle, single-dose, and completely repeated cross-over bioequivalence test in the fasting or postprandial state in the healthy population; in the fasting group, 20 volunteers each received oral administration of the test preparation and the reference preparation, and in the postprandial group, 20 volunteers each received oral administration of the test preparation and the reference preparation. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to measure the content of sofosbuvir and its major metabolite GS-331007 in human EDTA-K2 plasma; the plasma concentration of sofosbuvir was measured at 15 time points from 0 hour to 8 hours after administration, and that of GS-331007 was measured at 16 time points from 0 hour to 72 hours after administration. WinNonlin software was used to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters and evaluate bioequivalence. ResultsAfter the administration of the test preparation and the reference preparation in the fasting state, when the pharmacokinetic parameters of sofosbuvir was used to evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation and the reference preparation, the ratios of the geometric means of Cmax, AUC0-t, and AUC0-inf were 90.55%, 97.26%, and 94.62%, respectively; when the pharmacokinetic parameters of GS-331007 was used to evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation and the reference preparation, the ratios of the geometric means of Cmax, AUC0-t, and AUC0-inf were 98.91%, 98.98%, and 99.46%, respectively. All of the above values were within the range of 80.00%-125.00%. An analysis of variance was performed after the pharmacokinetic parameters of sofosbuvir Cmax, AUC0-t, and AUC0-inf were transformed by natural logarithm, and the results showed that sequence, cycle, and preparation had no marked influence on Cmax, AUC0-t, and AUC0-inf (all P>0.05). ConclusionThe test preparation of sofosbuvir tablets is bioequivalent to the reference preparation in the fasting and postprandial states.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE@#. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical performance and reliability of plasma sprayed nanostructured zirconia (NSZ) coating. @*MATERIALS AND METHODS@#. This study consisted of three areas of analysis: (1) Mechanical property: surface roughness of NSZ coating and bond strength between NSZ coating and titanium specimens were measured, and the microstructure of bonding interface was also observed by scanning election microscope (SEM). (2) Biocompatibility: hemolysis tests, cell proliferation tests, and rat subcutaneous implant test were conducted to evaluate the biocompatibility of NSZ coating. (3) Mechanical compatibility: fracture and artificial aging tests were performed to measure the mechanical compatibility of NSZcoated titanium abutments. @*RESULTS@#. In the mechanical study, 400 μm thick NSZ coatings had the highest bond strength (71.22 ± 1.02 MPa), and a compact transition layer could be observed. In addition, NSZ coating showed excellent biocompatibility in both hemolysis tests and cell proliferation tests. In subcutaneous implant test, NSZcoated plates showed similar inflammation elimination and fibrous tissue formation processes with that of titanium specimens. Regarding fatigue tests, all NSZ-coated abutments survived in the five-year fatigue test and showed sufficient fracture strength (407.65-663.7 N) for incisor teeth. @*CONCLUSION@#. In this study, the plasmasprayed NSZ-coated titanium abutments presented sufficient fracture strength and biocompatibility, and it was demonstrated that plasma spray was a reliable method to prepare high-quality zirconia coating.

ABSTRACT

<b>Objective::To explore the feasibility of Photoshop image processing software in the micro-spherical diameter measurement and identification of medicinal materials, in order to provide a new method for the measurement and mapping of traditional Chinese medicine. <b>Method::Photoshop (CS3 version and above) software was used to measure the diameter of 200 Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma albumin microspheres in the same batch, digital microscopy and Photoshop image processing software was used to draw schematic diagrams of microstructures of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma medicinal powders and its four common pseudo-products and powders, namely Bletillae Radix, Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma, Curcumae Longae Rhizoma and Manihot esculenta, and make the identification table for classification and identification. <b>Result::The average diameter of the microspheres was (30.62±4.21)μm, and the diameter was mainly distributed in 20-40 μm. The average diameter of the microspheres was verified by laser particle size analyzer (30.18±4.67)μm. The differences between the two methods were not statistically significant. There were many starch granules in Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma powder, with no calcium oxalate needle, oil cell, brown pigment and stone cell. Microscopic identification could be made for Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma powder and 4 common counterfeits. <b>Conclusion::Photoshop image processing software measures the diameter of the microspheres with a high speed, high accuracy, simplicity, and low requirements for measuring instruments. It provides a new way to quickly measure the diameter of microspheres. Photoshop image processing software draws a schematic diagram of the microstructure, which is convenient and faster. The original morphology of the ground-reactive microstructure provides a new method for the microstructural drawing.

ABSTRACT

Objective::To analysis the chemical constituents in Sancao Baogan decoction by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with hybrid quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-HRMSn). Method::The separation was performed on an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm) by a gradient elution of methanol (A)-0.1% formic acid solution (B) (0-2 min, 5%A; 2-20 min, 5%-12%A; 20-35 min, 12%-40%A; 35-38 min, 40%A; 38-48 min, 40%-80%A; 48-50 min, 80%A). The flow rate was 0.3 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃, the injection volume was 10 μL. Electrospray ionization was applied and the data were collected via positive and negative ion modes. By using Xcalibur 3.0 software, the chemical constituents were analyzed based on the relative retention time, excimer ion peak and fragment ion peak of the compounds, as well as comparison with human metabolome database (HMDB), reference substances and literature data. Result::A total of 40 chemical components were identified from Sancao Baogan decoction, including 16 phenolic acids, 19 flavonoids, 2 anthraquinones, 1 triterpenoid, 1 sterol, and 1 monoterpenoid. Six compounds (dansensu, α-pinene, epigallocatechin, 2, 5-dihydroxybenzoic acid, naringenin and emodin) were reported for the first time from Sancao Baogan decoction. Conclusion::The established UPLC-ESI-HRMSn can quickly, accurately and comprehensively analyze the chemical constituents of Sancao Baogan decoction, which lays a foundation for the basic research of pharmacodynamic substances and quality control of this formula.

ABSTRACT

SUMMARY OBJECTIVE To explore the feasibility of health competence cultivation on the prevention and control of Inadvertent Perioperative Hypothermia (IPH). METHODS Patients with expected spinal surgery were divided into group A and group B by the random number method. Group B followed routine IPH management, and health training measures for performance and ability were implemented in Group A. The scores of the health competence questionnaire, the temperature at different times, IPH complications, and hospitalization for the two groups were observed and compared. RESULTS The main evaluation indexes, such as the health competence questionnaire score, temperature fluctuations, and IPH complications, during the perioperative period in group A were significantly better than those in group B (p < 0.05). The indexes of anesthesia, total hospital expenses, and health service satisfaction in group A were also significantly better than those in group B, which shows the advantages of cultivating health capabilities in both doctors and patients. CONCLUSION Through health competence cultivation and feasible health management measures, the medical staff can improve the quality of IPH prevention and management.
